ABOUT PIETRO

Pietro Cornini is a director and producer based in Parma and Milan. Born in Reggio Nell’Emilia, Italy, in November 1999, he began his professional career in 2018.

In 2020, he moved to Los Angeles to complete a Filmmaking course at the New York Film Academy. From that moment, his career rapidly escalated, working between Italy and the USA. He has produced and directed over 25 productions, ranging from global commercials for prestigious brands to short films, allowing him to explore both the cinema and commercial industries.

His work has taken him across the world, collaborating with diverse teams and immersing himself in different cultures. From Europe to the United States and beyond, each experience has enriched his artistic vision, strengthening his ability to adapt, communicate, and craft impactful stories that resonate on a global scale. Working alongside professionals from various backgrounds has honed his collaborative skills and deepened his understanding of different creative perspectives.

Some of his commercial works, including campaigns for Evian and Carlsberg, have been showcased at major trade fairs such as Drinktec and Interpack.

His latest personal project, Il Ragazzo del Cavalcavia, is a short film he wrote and directed in Italy. Set to premiere in February 2025, it is now beginning its festival run.
